What are B-Goods

B-goods are used items which have been repaired or refurbished. Mostly these are units which were sent back from Customers or Dealers because of a small defective. Before we sell those units in our Webshop we test and repair them.


Are there any disadvantages in buying B-Goods?

To say it easy: No! All our B-Goods will follow the same high quality standard of all other Onkyo products. We are testing and repairing every unit before delivery.

If you are unhappy or not satisfied with the quality of the unit you receive don't hesitate to contact us. We are permanently improving our processes and are happy about every feedback we receive.


Are B-Goods including all accessories

Every product includes a remote and a power cable. In very particular cases it can happen, that some accessories like Antenna, Microphone or Speakercable are missing. If available on our stock you can ask for a free delivery of these.


Is there any warranty on the B-Goods?

On the B-Goods you have the same 2 years warranty as on A-Goods. 


Help me, I lost my remote! Where can I get a new one?

For the reason you don't have to click thru all remotes we offer you the possibilty to use our search function. This also includes that you type in the product number of the item you want to use the remote with. 


Can I bring back the unit if I don't like it?

You can ask for a return of the item if you don't like it, 14 days after you received it. Any Details on the procedure can be found in our GTCs. 


How do I get my money back after I returned a unit to Onkyo?

After we recived and checked the unit you send us back we will return the money within 14 days. 


How do I send back an item?

  1. Click on "my account" in the top left corner.
  2. Login with your Username and Password.
  3. In the Menu click on "return items" and choose afterwards the order you want to return.
  4. Follow the manual on the RMA-Form

Please take care that your return will include every accessorie like the remote, the power cable or the manual. Otherwise we are not able to do a total refund.


How can I subscribe / unsubscribe for the Newsletter?

Simply Login with your account on our homepage. Afterwards you can click on "Newsletter". There you can simply subscribe or unsubscribe for our Newsletter.

Newsletter subscriber don't only receive News. You will also get exclusive offers within our Webshop.


How do I change my Password? 

  1. Click on "my account" in the top left corner.
  2. Login with your Username and Password.
  3. Now click on "change Data / Settings".
  4. You can now change your password at "Change your Password".


What can I do if I forgot my password?

  1. Click on "my account" in the top left corner.
  2. Click now on "I forgot my password".
  3. Input your Mailaddress you registered with on the Onkyo-Webshop and confirm.
  4. You will receive an E-Mail with your new login details.
